Janelle has been part of Randy's team since 2002. Through the years she worked hard at learning all sides of running a business, including taxes and accounting. After many years working with Randy, she started Balanced Services LLC, offering bookkeeping and accounting help to other small businesses and entrepreneurs.

Janelle and her husband, Nick, moved to Dripping Springs in 2001. They have 2 growing teenagers, a couple small businesses, 2 dogs and a flock of chickens. When Janelle is not working she can be found hanging with her kids & husband, running, working out, or cooking up some healthy dinners for her crew
